Full Job Description
Join a friendly, family-run Italian restaurant known for its welcoming atmosphere, high-end service and historic pub setting. You will work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef in a busy Italian fusion kitchen where pasta, sauces and desserts are prepared in-house and fresh ingredients are sourced daily. The successful candidate will:
- Prepare and present consistently high-quality dishes
- Contribute effectively to all aspects of kitchen operations
- Use a range of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and techniques
- Work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks
- Demonstrate excellent time management and communication skills
