Full Job Description
We are Spanish restaurant in the heart of Chelsea and are looking for a talented Chef the Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for running your section efficiently, maintaining high standards, and supporting junior team members to deliver exceptional dishes.,
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
- Manage and organise your section (mise en place)
- Supervise and support Commis Chefs and junior staff
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with senior chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie - Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
