Full Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Pasta Chef to join our kitchen team at an authentic Mediterranean restaurant in Hampstead. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of fresh pasta dishes, ensuring high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.,
- Prepare and cook a wide range of pasta dishes, including fresh pasta from scratch.
- Manage the pasta section, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Oversee inventory and ordering of ingredients for the pasta station.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to create new dishes and specials.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the restaurant's standards and presented beautifully.
Proven experience as a Pasta Chef or Chef de Partie with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine. - Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A passion for food and culinary excellence.
- Right to work in the UK.
