- Running a section during prep and service
- Preparing and cooking Japanese dishes to a high standard
- Maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and food safety
- Supporting junior chefs and kitchen porters
- Working closely with senior chefs to deliver smooth service
Previous experience in Japanese cuisine preferred - Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
