• Working collaboratively with our experienced culinary team
• Contributing to smooth operations across our bars and caf
• Engaging with customers during service (some front-of-house interaction)
  
  Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent
• Passion for fresh ingredients and quality food
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work daytime retail shifts with occasional variations
