Full Job Description

Take ownership of your kitchen section, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
Lead by example, supporting and guiding Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties while ensuring smooth service delivery.
Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
Monitor stock levels, oversee stock rotation and help minimise food waste while maintaining food cost controls.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
Contribute to menu development, process improvements and operational efficiencies within your section.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is passionate about food and committed to delivering exceptional standards, and will:
Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment.
Be passionate about producing high-quality food and maintaining exceptional culinary standards.
Have a strong understanding of food hygiene, health and safety, stock control and kitchen best practices.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating leadership, organisation and attention to detail.
