Full Job Description

Prepare, cook and present dishes to PAM's recipes, specifications and quality standards.
Run an allocated section confidently, maintaining strong organisation and service timing.
Complete mise en place accurately and communicate clearly with the wider kitchen team.
Maintain excellent standards of food safety, cleanliness, labelling and stock rotation.
Support junior chefs with guidance, encouragement and practical training, while helping to minimise waste.

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen.
Sound classical technique and a genuine interest in seasonal produce and bold flavours.
Reliable, organised and composed under pressure.
Strong attention to detail, consistent standards and an eagerness to develop.
