  • Take full responsibility for your designated section throughout service.
  • Prepare and cook dishes to Ottolenghi standards with precision and consistency.
  • Supervise and support junior chefs and kitchen assistants on your section.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Manage stock within your section, including ordering and rotation.
  • Communicate clearly with the wider kitchen team and management.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

    1+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen.
  • Solid understanding of food hygiene regulations and allergen management.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for food and a desire to develop your skills., Strong technical cookery skills with good attention to detail.
  • Calm and focused under pressure.
  • A positive, team-orientated attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using relevant IT systems.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Calm under pressure with a solution-focused mindset.
  • A genuine passion for food and culinary craft and continuous improvement.
