Full Job Description

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering a high-quality retail food offer.
  • Take responsibility for managing your section independently, ensuring consistent food quality and presentation.
  • Assist in producing fresh, appealing food for 250-300 covers per day.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
  • Work effectively within a small kitchen team, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Support stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and reliability to meet the needs of a busy Monday to Friday operation.
  • Act as a team player, providing support across all areas of the kitchen when required.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and served in line with company standards and customer expectations.

    Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy catering or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
  • Comfortable working within a small team and building positive working relationships.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.
