Full Job Description
Prepare & deliver high-quality dishes in line with our menu & standards.
Maintain an organised workstation & ensure all prep is completed to schedule.
Uphold strict hygiene & safety standards in accordance with regulations.
Contribute to menu development & daily specials.
Previous experience as a CDP or Demi Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients & creating exceptional dishes.
Strong organisational skills & attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team environment.
Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above preferred).
