Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a talented Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step
Experience working in a high-volume, quality-led kitchen environment
A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern Italian cuisine
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills

You'll earn up to 17.71 per hour while working at the iconic Sky Garden, with unrivalled views across London. Alongside a paid meal allowance per shift, you'll benefit from hands-on training, structured development opportunities, and clear progression pathways, supported by a leadership team that has grown their own careers from within the business.
