Experience in a similar role within a fine dining or Michelin-recommended kitchen.A genuine passion for Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and culinary philosophy.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a section with accuracy and consistency.Willingness to learn, improve, and contribute positively to a respectful and high-performing team.A calm, focused approach and commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
