The restaurant is renowned for its award-winning Italian cuisine, serving both lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday. The kitchen operates with a small, close-knit brigade of five chefs, so we are seeking a strong and reliable Chef de Partie who thrives in a busy, quality-driven environment. Service covers approximately 50-60 guests for lunch and up to 150 for dinner, offering an exciting pace and the chance to work with exceptional produce. This role is perfect for a chef who is passionate about authentic Italian cooking, enjoys working within a tight team, and is ready to contribute to a highly respected Mayfair kitchen.
