Full Job Description
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, showcasing your skills in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Maintain quality and consistency across all dishes served.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld in the kitchen.
- Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff.
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in Italian or Mediterranean restaurants. - Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients and traditional Italian cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
- Team player with a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine is required.
- Right to work in the UK.
£12.21 - £14 hourly
