Chef de Partie - Hot Section ( M / F) -Birmingham - Big Mamma Group - Birmingham

You will oversee the hot section, preparing our authentic Italian dishes from scratch with consistency, speed and precision. You will:

• Oversee the hot section during prep and service
• Prepare dishes following our authentic recipes and quality standards
• Communicate regularly with kitchen management
• Support onboarding and training of new chefs
• Ensure the section runs smoothly during busy services
• Respect health and safety standards at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
• Bring leadership, energy and a problem solving mindset to every shift
• Help create the best moment of our guests' day, one plate at a time

• Big smile and real passion for Italian food
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine
• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills
• Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services
