Full Job Description

  • Running your section confidently during lunch and dinner service
  • Preparing and cooking dishes to our recipes and presentation standards
  • Mise en place, stock rotation and keeping your section organised
  • Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures at all times

    Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
  • Experience with Italian cuisine, especially fresh pasta, is a big plus
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Calm under pressure, reliable and a team player
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy periods such as Christmas
  • The right to work in the UK
