- Preparing and delivering high-quality brunch dishes to exceptional standards
- Running weekday shifts confidently alongside a Kitchen Porter
- Maintaining consistency, efficiency, and presentation
- Managing stock, prep, and kitchen organisation
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining smooth kitchen operations
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen - Strong brunch and breakfast experience preferred
- Confidence to run the kitchen during weekday service
- Ability to work independently with the support of a Kitchen Porter
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Passion for fresh food, quality, and innovation
- Flexibility to work weekends, Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (preferred)
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards
