Chef de Partie - Heathrow Terminal 5 - London

We're looking for a passionate, skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Pilots Bar & Kitchen in Heathrow Terminal 5. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, vibrant hospitality environment, preparing high-quality dishes for guests from around the world. • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to company standards
• Managing and running your designated section effectively during service
• Ensuring all food is prepared, stored and handled in line with food safety procedures
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering a consistent, high-quality food offer
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock rotation and waste control
  
  Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar professional kitchen role
• Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality, restaurant, hotel or catering environment
• A strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen best practices
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach
