Chef De Partie - Guinness Open Gate Brewery

The venue will feature a working microbrewery, experiential bars, and elevated dining inspired by both Guinness heritage and modern London culture. As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in our kitchen brigade - helping deliver dishes that showcase quality ingredients, creativity, and harmony with our exceptional beers. What You'll Do

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards, supporting your section efficiently during busy services.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain consistency, creativity and quality across all menus.
• Uphold kitchen hygiene, food safety, and allergen standards - ensuring full compliance at all times.
• Contribute ideas for menus, specials and beer pairings as we develop a distinctive Guinness food identity.
• Help train and support Commis Chefs and new team members, sharing knowledge and maintaining a positive kitchen culture.
• Be involved in the pre-opening phase - from tastings and menu trials to the official launch.

Salary: £16.00 - £18.00 per hour depending on experience Working Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week - 8am to 3pm 9am to 5pm, 3/4pm to 11pm,
