We're looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie who takes pride in their cooking, loves a busy service and wants to be part of a kitchen with real ambition. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Taking ownership of your section and delivering consistently excellent dishes.
• Preparing, cooking and presenting food to our standards.
• Keeping your section organised, clean and ready for service.
• Working closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chefs and wider kitchen team.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and stock control.
• Supporting junior chefs and helping build a positive kitchen culture.
• Bringing energy, teamwork and attention to detail to every service.
  
  Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
• A genuine passion for fresh food and quality cooking.
• Confidence running a section during busy services.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• A calm head, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and wants to keep improving.
