Chef de parties in our teams create a culinary experience for our guests through an eye for detail and passion for flavours. Running a busy section in the kitchen. Ability to cook delicious dishes to an extremely high standard. Ensure that presentation, taste, texture and quality are always maintained. Help impart your knowledge to junior chefs.
