Chef De Partie (Full Time - 40 hours)

The Chef de Partie will play an important role within Jewish Cares Catering & Hospitality team at Anita Dorfman House on the Sandringham Campus in Stanmore. This permanent, full-time position offers 40 hours per week, working five days out of seven, including some weekends, with shifts of either 7am3.30pm or 10.30am7pm. Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef, the postholder will help manage kitchen operations and deliver high-quality catering services for residents and community members. Responsibilities include overseeing food preparation and production, maintaining food hygiene and health and safety standards, contributing to menu planning and presentation, and ensuring meals meet individual dietary needs and cultural and religious requirements. You will also support colleagues, promote efficient kitchen procedures and help maintain excellent food quality, customer service and operational standards. A recognised professional chef qualification and Level 2 food hygiene qualification are
