Full Job Description
You'll be running the pop-up during service on your own. Most of the prep will already be done, so the main focus is setting up, cooking and finishing dishes during service, keeping the kitchen organised, and closing down at the end. Friday & Saturday, 3:30pm-10:30pm Looking for someone confident working independently, calm when it gets busy, and happy taking ownership of the kitchen during service.
