Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our restaurant kitchen team.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience working with Indian food and be confident working in a busy, professional kitchen. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef
- Strong experience with Indian cuisine
- Good knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients and cooking techniques
- Able to maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
- Excellent hygiene and food-safety standards
- Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong team-working skills
