Full Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Chef de Partie to join our team at a prestigious site in Brackley Working in a modern, well-equipped kitchen, you will be part of a professional and supportive team delivering high-quality food for staff dining and retail catering operations. The role requires a passion for fresh food, attention to detail, and pride in maintaining high standards of presentation and service. What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality dishes
- Supporting retail and staff dining food service
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Contributing ideas for menus and daily specials where appropriate
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up - Reliable, organised, and able to work well under pressure
- Passion for quality food and professional service
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
