Full Job Description

Duties: Preparing ingredients, then cooking or assembling specific dishes or parts of dishes during service. Managing station cleanliness and assisting with general deep cleaning schedules. Following strict food safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance standards.

Schedule:
10 hours shift
12 hours shift
8 hours shift
Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday) from 23rd of November to 18th of December.

Ability to commute/relocate:London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:Hospitality: 2 years (required)Chef de Partie: 2 years (required)

Pay: £14 to £14.5 depending on experience, additional Tronc will be paid as a lot is generated over the busy Christmas period.
