Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie Part time, term time only Permanent Loughborough Schools Foundation is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our Catering team at Fairfield Prep School. Working within our friendly campus, you'll help deliver high-quality meals for pupils, staff, visitors and school events. Here's what you really need to know:

Have you previously worked as a Chef de Partie, Commis Chef or Junior Chef? Are you reliable? Are you a highly organised person? Do you have great attention to detail with a "can do" attitude? Do you like to be busy? If you've answered YES! to all these questions then you are the person I'm looking for. You will work: Term-time plus training and INSET days, Monday to Friday, 23.75 hours per week, 09.30am to 2.45pm (less 30-minute break with lunch provided), with some additional hours on evenings and weekends as and when the School requires. You will enjoy: Cooking with fresh, local ingredients in our large, professional kitchens providing lunch for up to 900 hungry pupils and our hardworking support staff and teachers. You will have: As a minimum, Level 1 Professional Cookery or equivalent and at least one year's chef experience, or relevant catering experience gained through training or employment.
