What you'll do: Work alongside the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality meals with minimal waste Maintain food levels and brand standards across all services Prepare delicious dishes for military dining and special events Support with kitchen checklists and post-service analysis Follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards Take part in ongoing training and development.

To be eligible, you must: Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years Have the legal right to work in the UK Be able to pass DBS and full security vetting, What we're looking for: A relevant culinary qualification Previous kitchen experience Food safety certification (or willingness to complete via our e-learning) Effective communication and a team-first attitude and a team-first attitude Ability to pass DBS and full security vetting.
