If this sounds like the place for you, wed love to hear from you! ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Chef de Partie will be to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to lead a culinary team that provides a

As a Chef De Partie, your role is to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading a culinary team, providing a nutritionally balanced and high-quality culinary service that contributes to the wellbeing of residents. Responsibilities include preparing nutritional food and beverages to a high standard and supporting a cost-effective stock control system. The ideal candidate must hold a catering qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ, a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, and have at least 1-year of catering experience. Demonstrating compassion and commitment is crucial to delivering high-quality culinary services. Flexibility and, adaptability to cover a range of

responsibilities, are essential.
