culinary team..., As a Chef de Partie at Avery Healthcare, you will play a vital role in leading a culinary team to provide high-quality culinary service contributing to the wellbeing of the residents. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in preparing nutritional food and beverages to a high standard, and in developing and reviewing the menu. Your responsibilities will include participating in meetings with residents and Heads of Departments to discuss catering functions and addressing dietary requirements, ensuring cost-effective stock control systems, and working dynamically across different responsibilities.
