The Opportunity We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join a highly skilled and ambitious brigade. You'll take responsibility for your own section, preparing and delivering dishes to the highest standard, and supporting the wider team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. - Take responsibility for your section, maintaining the highest levels of preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Support senior chefs in menu development and daily operations
- Work independently and efficiently, maintaining excellent organisation during service
- Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Train and support commis and junior chefs as needed
- Maintain a calm, professional approach during busy service periods
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, consistency, and pride in your work
Experience in a 3 AA Rosette or equivalent fine dining environment, or at least 5 years in a 2 Rosette kitchen at Chef de Partie level or above - Natural ability as a chef with a genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
- Calm, mature, and professional under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ambitious, reliable, and eager to develop within a respected, high-achieving team
£32,000 per year + tips/service charge (approx. £3,500 annually, paid monthly) - 48-hour contract with a fair rota structure
- 28 days holiday + paid day off on your birthday
