The successful candidate will work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef to provide a high-quality culinary service that contributes to the overall wellbeing of the residents., As a Chef de Partie, your focus will be to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading a culinary team that provides a nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality culinary service. Your responsibilities will include preparing nutritious food and beverages to a high standard, participating in meetings with residents and Heads of Departments to discuss catering functions and address special needs or dietary requirements, and working on cost-effective stock control systems to minimize waste.
