Professional kitchen experience required. Confident preparing Caribbean food including jerk chicken, curry goat, rice & peas, plantain and sides. Must understand food hygiene, prep, batch cooking and busy service. Bartender Previous bar/cocktail experience required. Preparing signature cocktails, spirits, wine and soft drinks, taking orders and keeping the bar organised. Must be confident, quick and great with customers. ️ Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant Supporting the kitchen with washing up, cleaning, restocking, waste and basic food prep. Experience preferred, but reliability, speed and a good work ethic are most important. For all roles: You must be available Friday 25 & Saturday 26 September.
