Full Job Description
The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen experience, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in producing consistently high-quality food. The role includes:
- Full-time position - 6 days per week
- Preparing and cooking brunch dishes to a high standard
- Maintaining consistency, presentation and portion control
- Working efficiently during busy services
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and food-safety compliant
- Working closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house team
- Training will be provided on our menu, recipes and kitchen procedures
