Ava Steakhouse is looking for an experienced, passionate and talented Steak Chef to join our kitchen team. We are looking for a chef with a strong background in high-end restaurants, excellent knowledge of premium cuts of meat and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality steak dishes.,
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in high-end restaurants.
- Strong experience in steak preparation and cooking.
- Excellent knowledge of premium cuts of beef and cooking techniques.
- High standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
- Professional attitude, reliability and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to design innovative menus using seasonal and high-quality ingredients
- Stock control Full knowledge
