Chef Assistant

Experienced Chef Assistant required for a busy buffet takeaway. Applicants must have proven experience preparing English, Chinese, Caribbean and Thai cuisine to a high standard. The role includes food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, assisting with stock control and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be reliable, organised and able to work well within a team. A good understanding of food safety regulations is essential. Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required. Salary exceeds the National Minimum Wage and will be based on experience and skills.
