Full Job Description
- Prepare and cook Afro-Caribbean dishes with consistent flavour, quality and presentation.
- Manage food preparation and keep service running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and follow food hygiene procedures.
- Monitor stock, store ingredients correctly and minimise waste.
- Contribute ideas for dishes and specials.
Experience cooking African and/or Caribbean food in a professional kitchen. - Confident with seasoning, marinating and traditional cooking techniques.
- Able to manage your time and work well under pressure.
- Reliable, organised and comfortable taking initiative.
- Available for evening and weekend shifts.
