Full Job Description
The successful candidate should have previous commercial kitchen experience, particularly preparing fried chicken, grilled food, marinades and sauces. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, portion control, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, following food-safety procedures and working efficiently during busy periods.
The candidate must be reliable, punctual, available for evening and weekend shifts, and legally entitled to work in the UK. Experience with grills.
