Head chef required to join a team of 3 covering breakfast and brunch services. We are a family run independent traditional British cafe on the strand London close to Covent garden and Charing cross station. Seated capacity is 30 with a daily service average of 100 covers. The role includes preparation, service, ordering, cleaning and health and safety management. Available fixed shifts are Monday and Tuesday between 7am and 3pm..
