- Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard.
- Following all food hygiene and food safety procedures.
- Safe food handling and stock rotation.
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
- Working efficiently during busy service periods.
We are 1910 Cantina, a traditional Mexican restaurant with a contemporary twist, seeking for an experienced and reliable Chef to join our passionate team, to provide great food and showcasing the best that Mexico has to offer. This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen with busy services throughout the week and especially at weekends. We need someone who thrives under pressure, maintains high standards, and enjoys being part of a strong team., - Previous experience as a Chef/Cook.
- Knowledge of food hygiene procedures and HACCP principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible shifts from daytime through to evening, including Sundays and weekends.
