Prepare and cook fresh dishes to brand standards, taking pride in every plate you serve
Support the kitchen team with food preparation, service and close, helping every shift run smoothly
Deliver consistently high standards by preparing, cooking and presenting dishes with care, speed and attention to detail
Learn and develop your knowledge of North African and Middle Eastern ingredients, flavours and cooking techniques, including charcoal grills
Follow all food safety, health and safety and hygiene standards, helping to keep the kitchen clean, safe and well organised
