Working alongside our Head Chef and experienced kitchen team, you'll help deliver fresh, seasonal dishes to the high standards our customers expect while contributing to a welcoming and supportive working environment.

What you'll be doing:

- Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality food to agreed standards

- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and HACCP practices

- Managing your section effectively during busy service periods

- Assisting with stock control, deliveries and other tasks as required

- Working with seasonal ingredients sourced from trusted local suppliers

You must be a confident communicator with a customer-first approach with experience of working with a team in a large scale, fast paced hospitality environment along with knowledge and application of all relevant food safety legislation.

A permanent role of a minimum 32 hours per week across four daytime shifts (to include 1 weekend day, Saturday)

- Rate of pay of £14.28 per hour (plus tips)

- Daytime working hours, typically between 8am and 5.30pm
