Chef

At Asmall Hall, we are now searching for a new Chef who will produce nutritious and well-balanced meals that meet our high standards and our resident's satisfaction. In this role you will be responsible for: -Working alongside the Wellbeing Coordinator to provide food for the various events that take place throughout the group -Providing dietary requirements to meet the needs of our residents -The presentation of the food served is to a high standard -Monitoring and maintaining consistent food standards during all stages of production and service -Adhering to the HACCP procedure according to Food Safety Management documentation -Maintaining the correct use of the company's regulatory framework and cleaning procedures -Ensuring quality control and hygiene systems are achieved -Ensuring minimum waste

• Pay will be determined on age, experience and qualifications. Your hourly rate will be reviewed again on the successful completion of your 6 month probationary period.
• Payable on completion of a successful 6 month probation. The employee that made the referral must also remain employed by us, in order to be eligible for the £50 Bonus.
