Excellent craft skills and the ability to manage your own workload

- A background in high-volume cooking and a solid knowledge of baking

- High standards of cleanliness, consistently maintaining a tidy, organised workspace

- Good communication skills at all levels

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships

- Flexibility and a strong team-focused approach

- Be passionate about food with excellent culinary skills and a great eye for detail

- A comprehensive understanding of food safety, health and safety and allergen management

The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
