Chartered Building Surveyor

Organization: HD Surveyors

Location: London

A Chartered Building Surveyor role based in London offering £50,000-£60,000 plus bonus on a permanent full-time basis. This position delivers a balance of project and professional services across public sector estates, including refurbishment, retrofit and building safety schemes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver surveys, technical due diligence and reporting
  • Manage refurbishment and retrofit projects end-to-end
  • Undertake EWS inspections and building safety reviews
  • Administer contracts and act as Employer's Agent
  • Advise on compliance, asset management and maintenance strategies

Requirements

  • MRICS, AssocRICS or working towards
  • Minimum five years' building surveying experience
  • Consultancy or private practice background
  • Experience with contract administration
  • Knowledge of public sector and commercial property

Salary & Package

  • £50,000-£60,000 salary
