Full Job Description
Isabel Hospice is seeking an Assistant Cluster Shop Manager to help run our charity shops in Waltham Cross and Cheshunt. You will support the Cluster Manager in day-to-day operations, working with volunteers to uphold high standards that reflect our mission.
The 14-hour-per-week role requires weekend work (Sundays) and one additional day during the week, with shifts across two days. You'll drive sales, customer service, and community events while promoting Gift Aid and positive team spirit.
