Charity Fundraiser / Grants Officer

The Hive Young Peoples Centre are looking for a dynamic, passionate Fundraiser to join their dedicated team.

The Hive is a space for young people to meet with friends and get support from dedicated youth workers.

They are looking for a Charity Fundraiser/Grants Officer to play a vital role in advancing their mission by securing funding through innovative strategies, and build relationships with donors, partners and stakeholders.

The post-holder will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising plan to attract individual donors, corporate sponsors and grant opportunities. They will manage all aspects of grant applications, including writing proposals, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements. Additionally, they will organise fundraising events and outreach initiatives to raise awareness of The Hive to increase financial support.

Previous experience in grant management and community engagement would be an advantage.
