Charge Nurse

As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting the Ward Manager to lead the nursing team in providing high-quality care and support to women over the age of 18 who have complex emotional and mental health problems. You will empower recovery, deliver supervision to staff, and work alongside the senior Nurse and Ward Manager to coordinate the on-call service and manage the ward budgets. Additionally, you will lead by example, acting as a role model to all members of the nursing team, leading care teams, and creating a positive learning environment that makes a difference and changes lives for the better.
