Full Job Description
- Skilled at cooking chicken and lamb on coal BBQ
- Prepare meats for coal BBQ, including marination and grilling.
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of traditional Lebanese dishes.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and taste.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Arabic speaking is ideal. - Experience in Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine strongly preferred.
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
