This role involves supervising and supporting pupils during their journeys between Bilton Grange School and London, primarily at exeats, half-term breaks, and on other occasional weekends or school events as required. The successful candidate will ensure pupils travel safely and calmly, providing a reassuring adult presence throughout journeys. They will act as a key point of contact for parents at agreed meeting points and will communicate clearly with families and the School if there are any delays or changes to arrangements. We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working with children and young people
  • Is calm, organised and dependable
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with pupils, parents and staff
